"A warm sun with a slight breeze embraces you as you walk across the beach. Palm trees greet you with their leaves waving in the wind, while you take a sip from your cocktail. You look at the sea in all its glory, noticing the waves that roll towards the shore. A giant body of salt water covers a large portion of the earth. Only being able to see its surface, you wonder what's beneath its majestic appearance. You pick up a conch, and put it against your ear. With the amplified sound of the sea echoing in your ears, you hear a distant voice singing beautiful songs. Do mermaids really exist?
As you enter a trance, your mind brings you to the vast world that lies under the waves. Dolphins playing together. Manta ray migrations creating a mesmerizing view. The colourful variations of tropical fish swimming through the beautiful coral reef. Seaweed growing from all places, and rocks aesthetically scattered around. The reflections of the sunlight creating patterns on the ocean floor. Godrays shining down from the surface. The occasional whale swimming by in all its glory.
The sea is beautiful. More beautiful than I could ever imagine! I wish I could live there. Forever!"

This FFXIV Free Company aims at creating a new home, a new family for you while you adventure around Eorzea. A place to relax as you progress your storyline. A place to do content together. A place to roleplay. A place to enjoy events. But most importantly of all: A place where you can be yourself!
As the ocean is a different world compared to the surface, so is your character compared to your real life. This means that we consider your identity as whoever you represent with in the game, and we will address you by your character name.

We strive to create a fully inclusive environment wherein everyone can be their true self and respects each other. As such, anytime you interact with someone, make sure it is in a loving and constructive way. We play in a fantasy world where everything is possible! Regardless of as who you present yourself, we fully accept and love you who you are!
Needless to say, we have a zero-tolerance stance against drama. Friendly banther is encouraged, as long as it has a positive vibe!
A relaxed atmosphere
In this FC, we primarily encourage you to just be yourself and do whatever you enjoy. You're not required to play FFXIV the entire time, as we understand many people like to play different games aswell, or sometimes just take a break or whatever.
For this reason, we have a very generous inactivity rule wherein you're allowed to be inactive for up to 60 days. And even then, exceptions will be made for those that want to take a longer break, as long as an estimated return date is mentioned.
We want everyone to feel comfortable, and do our best to make sure everyone stays happy!
