Guild management made easy

Being a guild leader comes with a lot of work. Controlling a Discord server, writing down information of your members in a spreadsheet, managing member ranks and promotion dates, leaving notes to members, managing various pages together with your officers, and more. It quickly become overwhelming, and like a second job.

We are here to take the heavy lifting out of your hands!

Features
Discord bot

Seamless integration with Discord

Using our Discord bot, the features of our service will seamlessly synchronize with the Discord service of your guild!

The bot can perform many tasks, such as reporting on events, managing articles, offering functionality to members and moderators, wishing members a happy birthday, to name a few!

Setting up is easy! just invite the bot to your server and hit the /setup command.

Guild roles

All guild information in one place

Your guild members and roles are all managed just from this site. All this data can be set up to synchronize to your Discord server to keep everything up to date.

You no longer need to have the hassle of managing spreadsheets, separate notes, Discord roles, and more.

Guild autopromotion

Automatic promotions

Depending on the ranking structure of your guild, you might often need to promote members after a certain period of time has passed.

To sketch an example: New members get the "Recruit" rank. Once they are 14 days in the guild, you want to promote them to "Member". Perhaps you want to promote them even further (such as making them "VIP" after a half year of membership)?

With our service, you can automate this! No more manual action required to promote your guild members over time!

Shared articles

Shared articles

Common guild articles (such as rules, about us, etc..) can now be written and easily edited by multiple moderators. This article can be synchronized to Discord, and the bot will update it everytime a change has been made to it.

Articles can also be viewed as a stand-alone page on our site, and be shown/hidden based on a required rank, to make it possible to have (for example) moderator-only articles.

Guild application form

Guild applications

If your guild is open for new members, users can apply to your guild using a streamlined process started with the press of a button on your guild's profile page.

Moderators of your guild can then manage those applications, accepting or rejecting them. Accepted applications automatically become a member of the guild.

Profile page

User and guild profile pages

You can have your own user profile page, sharable with other guild members if desired.

Guilds also have their own profile page, with banner and description text. At the bottom of a guild profile page, a button to apply to the guild is placed.

Guild note

Keep moderator notes and attach them to members

Keeping track of member behaviour is crucial in keeping a community alive. The larger your guild grows, the harder it becomes to keep track of events and drama that happened between members.

You can write notes visible only to moderators and attach them to one or more guild members. If a guild member were to misbehave, you can quickly look up their history to take appropriate action.

Discord bot features

Our bot offers various features to your guild members to enhance their experience:

  • Birthday wishes: Guild members can set their birthday with the /birthday command. If set, the bot will wish them a happy birthday in the configured channel and grant them a special role for the day.
  • Character: Game characters can be defined using the /character command. This allows each user to define a mini-profile for Discord, and gives moderator a way to know which character belongs to who.

More to come later!

We're open to ideas!

Do you have an idea for a feature? Does your guild need something we currently don't (yet) provide? Don't hesitate to share it here!

We will take all ideas in consideration, and implement them based on factors such as demand or when we think it would improve the quality of our service!
